I was at 100 meters from a bus station and 7 minutes walk to a train station. My room was clean and receptionist was courteous and helpful. At my arrival,after 25 hours flight from Canada, I had problems to open my heavy bag. The receptionist fixed it and at my last day in Greenwich Inn, he helped me to carry it. I will surely be back again.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the location was excellent, close to trains, buses and the city centre.
The rooms were typical 3.5 star standard, nicely furnished with a new plasma TV, cable channels, internet and nice ensuite bathrooms. COMPARED TO EUROPEAN STANDARDS the rooms were very spacious. Recommended.

Simply a good place to stay. To pay under $100 including a buffet breakfast and a comfy room makes this place a bargain in our eyes.

Two good friends of mine stayed here when visiting Sydney recently and commented on the fact that they were surprised that there was a decent hotel in the summer holidays near to Sydney for $99 including a simple breakfast. They said the room was clean, comfortable, secure, it had good wifi internet and the receptionist was helpful in directing them to suitable dinner locations. When I popped in on them, the room seemed pretty good to me, the a/c made it cool on a stinking hot day and it had some undercover car parks. I suspect they’ll stay here next time too.

I stayed 5 nights at The Greenwich Inn whilst visiting family in Sydney between the 2 Jan and 7 Jan 2010. At $99 per night including a buffet style continental breakfast it was the best value motel on the north shore of Sydney. The room had a queen size bed and a private bathroom. There was foxtel cable T.V. and tea/coffee supplied in the room. The room was serviced each day with fresh soap and towels. The hotel had limited carparking but I was able to secure an undercover car space each day and there was no extra charge for carparking. The room was of a reasonable size and bright with airconditioning. There was a small indoor and outdoor Cafe with basic and affordable meals open every day. It was also serving alcohol. All the staff at the motel were friendly and eager to please. This motel has a good location as it is a stroll to the Station and 10 minutes by train to the City Centre. Generally very clean and good value for money!

We recently stayed three nights in your hotel. As a traveler, we wanted to stay in a secure, quiet hotel close to the points of interest. Your receptionist had some great advice for getting around Sydney and it was great that the bus was so close and the train only a short walk away.
